FAQs
booking information
do i need to arrive earlier than my booking time?
Yes, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows enough time to complete a waiver, get changed into safety wear and attend a safety briefing.
If you arrive late, it may impact the duration of your session. You may be asked to wait for the next available time. Please note that our rooms are often fully booked in advance, so you may need to reschedule your session.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but arriving on time ensures you get the full smashing experience.
can i reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can. However it has to be within 48 hours from your initial session, otherwise, there is a rescheduling fee. You can reschedule your booking online by clicking the “reschedule booking” icon on your confirmation email. Please note cancellation or no shows on the day will forfeit their session.
What should i wear?
We provide all of the Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) that you need to stay safe during your visit. You are required to wear long pants, socks, and closed shoes to your session. If you are participating in the Splash room, please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on them.
What paint is used?
All paints used, are water based, non-toxic, kids’ poster paints. Please note, wet paint should come out very easily if washed as soon as possible.
However, the ability to remove paint depends on the fabrics involved. To be on the safe side, we recommend wearing older clothes when participating in the Splash Room to avoid potential staining.
It’s always a good idea to follow any specific washing instructions provided on your clothes.
Can we play our own music?
Yes, all our rooms are equipped to play your favourite tunes.
